This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on movementalclo.com and is applicable to UK and European based customers only. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.

Please note, these Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Conditions.

Application of these Terms

When you shop with us, these terms and conditions (together with our Privacy Notice) shall apply to all orders you place and any purchases your make on this website you are purchasing as a consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing your order.

We retain the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way, fraudulent or other reason. We retain the right to cancel any order as long as no payment has been taken or a full refund has been provided.

Accuracy of information
We do our best to ensure the information on this site is complete, accurate and current however despite best efforts occasionally some information may be inaccurate from time to time. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We do our best to ensure images accurately represent the products however the actual colour you see may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Pricing and product descriptions
All prices are shown in pounds (£) sterling. The price of a product doesn’t include delivery charges, these are worked out automatically at checkout. Prices of our products may change from time to time. Any discount codes will be applied to the value of the order excluding shipping costs. The code must be entered and applied in the discount code field on the checkout page to be deducted from the order. Discounts can be amended or withdrawn at any time and must be used before the expiry date.

Customer services
We will do our upmost best to respond to your enquiries as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days. If you would like to get in touch please email support@movementalclo.com

We accept orders from most major credit cards (excluding American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through Shopify acting on our behalf. Transactions are processed through Shopify operating on our behalf. After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging we’ve received your order. If the product is out of stock or we are unable to authorise payment, we will get in touch via email as soon as possible. If you have already paid and the item is out of stock, we will refund the full amount.

We use Royal Mail for all of our orders, please visit our delivery page for more information.
Delivery charges and timescales may vary depending on the delivery address and the delivery method you select when you submit an order to us. We are currently only able to accept orders from addresses in the UK (including Northern Ireland). movemental are responsible for the products until the point they are delivered to you.
Please check all products you receive against your order as soon as possible. If you discover that the products are damaged or faulty after delivery, you should let us know as soon as possible.

Returns and cancellations
We can offer returns or an exchange on our products if they meet a certain criteria. Please visit our returns page for more information.

If you receive a product that is faulty, we will offer you a refund – images of the faulty product/s will be required.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing support@movementalclo.com. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order.
If there has been an error with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and within 28 days by contacting us at: support@movementalclo.com and quote your order number in the subject line.  

Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds to which you are entitled shall be made to the method of payment on which the original purchase was made within 30 days of receiving your request and (if requested) any proof that we ask you to provide that the goods are faulty. Where goods have been faulty and/or misdescribed, we also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.

Intellectual Property
movemental owns or has permission to use any intellectual property rights in this ‘Site’.All rights are reserved. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes our Intellectual Property Rights without our prior written permission.

Events beyond our control

In certain situations beyond our control we may have to suspend the contract between us if we are unable to perform our obligations. We will get in contact in advance to advise if we need to suspend the supply of our products.

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to another person without our prior written consent. We can transfer all or any part of these terms and conditions to another organisation but your rights under these terms and conditions will not be affected.
