We hope you’re happy with your movemental purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, then please get in touch.

We can offer a return or exchange if the products:

  • Have been purchased in the last 28 days
  • Have not been washed or worn
  • Have not had tags removed
  • Can be sent back in their original packaging and be suitable for resale

If the above requirements are not met, then unfortunately the return will not be accepted. We do not currently offer free returns, it’s something we’re working on. Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery and we advise that this is sent using a tracked service.  


Faulty items

If items are damaged or faulty then please get in touch as soon as possible at with an explanation and images of the faulty products and we can arrange a refund or exchange. We do carefully check and hand-pack all orders so it is unlikely this will happen. Unfortunately, if you get in touch after 28 days of your purchase we are unable to accept the request.
